If you have a keen interest in the history of Coastal Defence in New Zealand  and Godley Head in particular, we would welcome your support by subscription (currently $20.00), or volunteering of time. We are aware that not everyone is in a position to become active volunteers but do not let that deter you from becoming a member of the Trust or making a donation to help support our ongoing work to restore and maintain the site, undertake research on history of the site and educate people about it.  Your help, in whatever form it takes will be appreciated.

The subscription/donation form can be downloaded here

Members can participate in regular working bees with other like-minded enthusiasts, pursue your skills and interests to help with our overall plan and participate in social events.

At present we are looking for volunteers who would be keen to transcribe oral histories. If this is something that would interest and you would like to find out more please contact Peter Wilkins phone 942-1942 or use the contact form.
